What may arise from carton packages?

75% paper board
20% polyethylene
5% aluminum
The splitting of those layers results in 35% plastic/aluminum composite and 65% paper fibers.

CARTON PACKAGES COMPOSITION
WHY recYclE
carton PACKAGES?
In 2018 the carton packages global recycling rate was about just 26%. In most of the cases, these packages are dumped in dumping grounds bringing environmental problems because their components are not biodegradable, (because the aluminum layer these packages can stay in environment up to 100 years), and besides that, the amount of this kind of packages used every year by industry is huge, in 2019 they produced more than 190 billions of units.
Circa 1 ton of carton packages can return about 700 kg of cardboard paper. That amount would avoid 21 trees cut!
Also known as long life packages, the carton packages have been made for rising the durability of highly perishable foods. Since they are built of complex material formed by layers of different materials, with different physical and chemical proprieties, have they recycling process complicated.

wHAT MAY ARISE FROM RECYCLING
Besides returning cardboard paper, the recycling process remaining residue, poly-aluminum, also can become ecological roof tiles, eco-friendly building materials, dog houses, thermal insulation for buildings, and plastic objects.
Another possibility is craftwork.
